How long does it take for a response from customer services? 

We aim to answer all queries within 2 hours. However, in busier periods we guarantee to respond in 24 hours.

 

Can I exchange my water bottle?

No. We offer refunds during a 10 day period of receiving the product(s) but do not offer exchanges.

 

How long until i receive my refund?

When approved, all refunds take 3-5 business days.

 

What should I do when my product was damaged when I opened it?

If the product was damaged by no fault of your own, we will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.
